Allow a supplier to challenge credit reason

GC02NDX is a case where the bodyshop requested, via progiparts, a bumper with sensor, probumper delivered the bumper with sensor, but the bodyshop actually wanted a bumper without sensor. They then requested a credit in ProgiParts and wrote "supplier error" as a credit reason, but it was actually an error by the bodyshop. This ends up affecting the statistical data offered to the insurers by the suppliers and it is not possible for the supplier to challenge or defend themselves in these situations.
