We currently have two invoices that have not been paid by Intact for 6 months now. There's no way Intact will notice something they missed 6 months ago with the volume they deal with so it would be useful to have a prompt to remind them that these invoices have not yet been paid.

Thanks for your feedback. Indeed, it would be interesting to have a way to inform the carrier about forgotten invoices so they can take action.
In the meantime, we'll have a Progi representative call your dealership and see what can be done.
