This is not useful. Its time consuming and pointless. Parts are backordered, the reason is because they dont have any. Every single time. What other reason could there be? This is a waste of time for the parts people doing it, and the estimators reading it. Please get rid of it, its not helping any one.

Thanks for taking the time to share your opinion regarding the new requirements. The good news is that we heard you (amongst other dealerships) and decided to provide a default Unkown reason in those cases where you simply don't know. The change is live as of now.
Backorder management seems to be very different from one manufacuturer to another and we understand you may not have the information in your management system.
We sincerely hope this will ease the quoting process for your team at Countryside Chrysler Dodge.
