Automatically mark notification as read

As of now, the notification badge next to each tab act as a counting system to indicate how many files are available under each tab. 

In most Internet solution nowadays, red notification like this one are made to inform the user that there is new content available for him to view under a particular tab. Since ProgiParts isn't built on this exact model, this brings confusion to our user and they usually ask our customer success team how they can get rid of the read dot, mark them as read.
