Share ProgiParts files between user within the same collision shop

As of now, the home page present a list of ProgiParts files created by the current user. Files created in the same collision shop by a different user don't show up and can't be accessed at all.

It would be interesting to have a way to identified which user created what files but also to be able to filter files depending on who created it.
